Environmental Impairment Liability, commonly referred to as site pollution, is designed to cover site owners and operators and offers first and third party coverage for on-site and off-site cleanup, bodily injury, and property damage resulting from pre-existing and/or new pollution conditions.

- Multi-year policy terms are available for many risks.
- Options available for bodily injury, property damage, and cleanup costs caused by pollution conditions emanating from a covered property. Can provide coverage for New Conditions only, or both Historical and New Conditions, depending on what is required by the terms of the Purchase & Sale Agreement.
- Legionella is available as a covered pollutant
