Back A/C Air Flow Testing

Have a prospect that all he does is go into bigger/larger buildings and measure the a/c's air flow. In other words, he makes sure the air is flowing properly out of all ducts. No repairs. No installations. That is it. Need a $1,000,000 underlying with a $5,000,000 umbrella. Thanks.
