Looking for a market that writes in Massachusetts that would include Products/Completed Liability for a Bicycle Shop, that offers repair/service, tool rental, classes on how to repair your bike and rentals of bikes.

You might try Philadelphia Insurance, http://www.phly.com/index.aspx. I believe they are in Mass as well. Good luck.
