I have an insured with 8 condos rented to others in the Florida Keys.
Does anyone have a market that will write stand alone Business Income (loss of rents)?
If so, would you please advise.

Hi Dan. I think you will find it tough to find BI only market - I have been trying to find someone to write it for years. We do have a couple of markets that will do the BI if they write a small amount of BPP in a package. If I can help let me know. Lplunkett@wynmoorinsure.com 404-476-1435.
