Back FEMA roofing contractor

I need GL for a company that has a FEMA contract to cover damaged roofs with blue tarps in Lee county FL. The term of the contract is 7 to 9 weeks with a minimum estimated revenue of $550,000.  FEMA has a contract which needs to be signed by the homeowners that includes a strongly worded waiver of liability. Any help would be appreciated.
