Back GL for Business that Created a Site and App

My prospect has developed a website and app, markets via FB, social media, print media. Pick-up truck drivers pay to be on his app to receive leads. Once the lead is received, they work out the logistics with the app/website user. My prospect does not process payments between driver and app/site user, the driver does. I’m looking for GL coverage for the business in general.  Also, there would need to be a Cyber component to it as well. The drivers purchase their own coverages. I'm having difficulty locating a market to look at this risk. Thanks for any help!
