Back Oil/Gas Manufacturer looking for Product Warranty

I have a unique situation.  I have a manufacturer of underground directional drill bits.  He wants to offer insurance/warranty that buyers of his product can purchase that will replace the bit if it fails in any way or is lost.  
I have been looking for quite some time for a market that is willing to assist with this.
