Does anyone know a good market that would consider a hard to place tenant policy in Ohio?

He said that it was for a father that he has all the fixins for already for his homeowners. Fire, etc. But the dad is about to have his son move in with him and the agent suggested he get a tenant policy just for him. I may not have the whole story correct - but is it still something you might want to help with? He's a nationwide agent.

I would first look at the definition of insured in the policy.  Most likely the son is an insured under the policy whether or not he notifies the agent.  In looking at the HO3 form "Insured" means you and residents of your houshold who are 1. your relatives   (so meeting this definition) he would be covered.   Not sure what the thinking is on him having a teanants policy....  unless the son has a lot of contents and he does not want ot cover them under his policy.
