Back Coverage for 33K GVW Trucks

I have a sign contractor in PA where we are looking for coverage for two trucks that are both 33k gvw. I have been having some difficulty. One is a 2017 Kenworth valued at $180k and the other is a 2018 Freightliner valued at $230k.

He has 4 other smaller trucks that we can add to the make a fleet if necessary to quote.

Can anyone assist in quoting or point me in the direction of someone who would write?
