I need  gl for a vacnt lot due to the fire in Paradise. Lot has not been cleared.

Benkins:  Please advise what's on the lot now (since it's not cleared, shall we assume debris from the fire?) and what's the plan for the lot in the near future - thanks!

Foundation and debri. Client is on list for clean up by government.

Thanks Benkins.  Is the plan for the land to be developed/sold after the government clean up?
