Business Insurance Does anyone know a carrier that will insure these guys? Store is in CA. LA county

We have an in-house binding authority with a surplus lines carrier that has a tolerance for just these sorts of risk.

Obviously, we can't insure the contents or BPP... should they all go up in smoke. (pun intended)...
