I am taking over the restaurant division in our agency and will be specializing in writting restaurant risks. I hear USLI, QBE,TOPA, and just recently saw that Delos is the one the Cal. Assoc. of Restaurants use for their coverage. I just need to know who offers the best coverages for the best premium and who writes new ventures and established businesses, both admitted and not admitted. Thank you

Look at Safeco, Travelers and Hartford for standard markets - they are all really hot for restaurants. You may also want to look at Golden Eagle and Mercury.

Fireman's Fund has broad coverage tailored specifically to restaurants.

are you an agent or wholesaler? I work with a great wholesaler who has access to all E&S markets for restaurants. They have admitted markets, non-admitted markets and some that can offer full A&B limits.
