I have a quote that a habitational prospect sent to me. The quote is from another agency they would like to get away from. This is for a condo association and they need coverage on the structure, covered parking, pool, etc...
The other agent quoted Princeton Excess and Surplus. I'm in Texas and three different brokers/MGA's have told me that Princeton pulled out of Texas last year.
Anyone shed some light on this?
