We have a Freight Broker risk moving Commercial Hemp. We need a CARGO product. Seeking a Shipper's Interest (direct primary) type coverage as the Truckers Policy for Cargo may not provide coverage. Either Shipper's Interest or a direct primary cargo for the Freight Broker that arranges the loads. Owner of goods is essentially the party being protected while in transport by others. rb rbren@PFAprotects.com

Curious to know how the ICC will work with this? Especially, since it's Fed? I have a strong feeling this is why Illinois is only dealing with Illinois Growers vs dispence...Will the trucker have to have Haz Mat? What?
