Back Counseling Coverage

I have a Pastor in Florida who is in a Masters program through a seminary. One class involves Clinical Pastoral Counseling in a hospital setting. The hospital is requiring him to purchase professional liab coverage. He tells me there is no coverage through the seminary. Does anyone know if this coverage is available and if so, where I can find it?
