Have client that has street legal, tagged and licensed for road use, 2015 GEM golf cart. Used in promotion and marketing (it's wrapped with company logo) of insured's product. Titled in LLC. Because it is tagged the State of Florida requires it to be covered under an auto policy. It is NOT used on streets and no transporting of passengers. Insured's 1099 employees with ride on it while passing out insured product at events. Mostly at fairgrounds, stadiums etc. on preimiters.
