Just lost a renters policy to this company. I did some research on them and not sure how I feel about them, if they have a cat loss. Anyone have/had experience with them and your thoughts?

I recently read an interesting article on them (LINK BELOW). The impression I got was that they are losing a lot of money and have started to increase rates and underwriting.
