Courtesy Filings are illegal!

In certain states they are illegal. Not all. You can't do them in PA, TX, FL and a number of others. Wisconsin Surplus lines regulations: http://oci.wi.gov/pub_list/pi-026.pdf Additional regulations: http://www.legis.state.wi.us/statutes/stat0628.pdf The only point of contention is to make sure that they have a license (resident or non-resident) to do business in Wisconsin.
