I am not aware of a mentor program per se but you may want to consider joining your local association affiliate of IBAwest and perhaps participating in YBAC (Young Brokers and Agents Conference) it was just in NAPA and was great. For more information see www.ibawest.com. Education and training can also be important see www.insuranceskillscenter.com. for classes, seminars conferences and designations. Good luck to you!

I mentor insurance agents and insurance consultants. I'm glad to talk off line if you like. Review my mentor website too - www.ICmentor.com Scott Simmonds, CPCU, ARM Scott@ScottSimmonds.com

You might consider one of the Producer Schools which often include mentoring. The AICPCU/IIA have added The Ultimate Producer School to the various programs. Contact Sandy Masters at masters@cpcuiia.org for more information. Patty Carlson is right a really great place to start is by joining the IBA West trade association and availing yourself of their YBAC (Young Broker & Agents) program.
