Contact me for more info but here is the issue:

Large company that does alarm sales and installation.  They are creating sister companies that will compliment the main company.  The main company operates in 30+ states.  Over 50% subcontractors which include sales people and installers.

I am in Texas.  Texas Mutual can do only Texas but we need to include all the other states.

Also, they do not currently have Workers Comp.  Why?  Their reasoning is that "Texas doesn't require it" and they have never had the need for a claims in 10+ years of business.

Hello! I absolutely can help you out. I am a PEO broker for risks just like this. Hard to place, Sub exposure, and no prior coverage in multi state. I would be happy to help get you some options and get you paid on it for the life of the account. For submission, please send me an Acord 130, No loss form or I have one if you need one and any applicable supplementals if any to We are essentially a PEO/Employee Leasing MGA as we have built relationships with PEO markets across the country! We have a workers compensation expert in our office.  She would need ACORD WC app to start with along with a supplemental application.  Loss runs or loss detail (statement of no losses if no prior claims)  e-mail me and I will send what is needed   Kenneth Kukral, CIC

If you're still in need of placement assistance for this, please don't hesitate to reach out. We LOVE working on tough Comp accounts, and this one sounds like a fun one.  Thanks! Ben H.
