You probably won't want to do this, but USAA does insure up there, we sold our house at Bass Lake last December and that is who we were with. You have to have a spouse, parent in the military past or present to qualify. When we bought it in 2015 was only place that would take it beside's surplus at twice the amount, if they are still writing up in that area. Good luck, at our agency we have had to use the fair plan and DIC to go with it at sometimes up to 3-4 times the expiring, crazy!!!
