Find a broker with NATIONAL INDEMNITY. If it is experienced, maybe LANCER if they are writing there. PRIME might be a market. This is probably a surplus lines type of deal. MAYBE your assigned risk if the market offers nothing for Liability. Be sure to know what contractual and governmental insurance demands may exist. You may need special coverage or endorsements. rb
