Back Stand Alone Abuse Coverage

Have a non profit that operates a youth mediation program and I need to purchase a stand alone abuse and molestation policy. Having a tough time finding stand alone coverage. Any ideas?

We have a market (Beazley) minimum premiums start at $5,000  Let me know if you need an application.  Also have TMHCC who has a $5,000 minimum premium. I have heard of Cincinnati specialty writing coverage as low as $850 on a monoline basis...
