Good afternoon, I have a start up car rental agency that needs auto liability coverage. I've received declines from Philadelphia, Homestead, Hanover E&S, National Indemnity, and the three wholesalers that I've approached have come back right away and saying that they don't have any markets. If there's an option that I'm not aware please let me know.

If all else fails you can definetly try Prime Insurance.

Allen, try Zurich, last I spoke with them they write around 1600 rental car agencies.
