I have a client that rent cars as a form of transportation and does not own car. The rental car company charges $800 per month for their insurance. Is there insurance he can buy instead of paying the rental car company?

I'd look into a Non-Owners car insurance policy. Maybe try Progressive, Geico or Viking. Good look.
