Back Rent Cars to Uber / Lyft Drivers

I am looking for a market that will insure vehicles being rented to people who have the desire to drive for Uber and Lyft.  My prospect has an initial 50 unit fleet of late model Nissan's and Toyota's.  Liability only for periods 1 & 2
