Im looking for a Real Estate Umbrella program for an underlying of several apartment buildings in NY with no minimum premium. Something similar to Distinguished. With competitive pricing.

Good luck with that! I think that you will find the RPG umbrella market, at least in NY, to be significantly tighter than it was just 12 months ago. This applies to both habitational and commercial exposures. You might try New Empire Group or Preferred Concepts, but no one is going to blow the doors off of Distinguished.
