Back Property Coverage - Minnesota

I am looking for property coverage for homes purchased with Sheriff Certificates in Minnesota. These homes are held through a 6 month redemption period during which time the current owner can redeem the certificate and retain ownership and possession of the home. I need coverage for the homes during the redemption period when my client has a financial interest in the home but does not have possession of the home. Similar to forced placed coverage by lender. Typically, these homes remain occupied during the redemption period.

these are occupied by the prior owner getting evicted correct? We could do something on a basic form with really high deductibles... maybe...
