Back Products for a Slovenian Company

Hi,  We're in need of a company that could write products liability for a company in Slovenia that manufactures brake pads that they will be selling to U.S. bicycle assembly companies.  This Slovenia company has no locations in the U.S.     Thank you

The direct importer is responsible for the Product Liability, whether it be the import company, wholesaler or bike assembly company.  It's impossible to sue a foreign manufacturer if suit is brought in the U.S. (unless importer/recipient has foreign products coverage)...I'm pretty sure this is how it still works...thoughts, agents?  gwenne@gginsur.com

I agree.  They can set up a US distributorship or US subsidiary too if they want.  The US bike assembly company would be responsible, just as if they were the manufacturer.
