Back Premises & Pollution

I am looking for a carrier that will provide premises & pollution liability arising from the activities of the City or SWFMD and their contractors on the Property either in connection with (1) surveying, geotechnical (well drilling), environmental and wetland assessment and other investigation tasks and (2) ultimately, earth moving, excavation and other tasks involved with wetland restoration.
