Back Market for offroad vehicle repair shop - CA

I have an off-road vehicle repair shop (ATV's, buggies, dirt bikes and some mopeds) that is being non-renewed by Atlantic Casualty because their appetite no longer supports off-road vehicle repairs. I have been declined by all of the major garage markets - Colony, Mesa, Century Surety, Starstone, Burlington, Western World, and NICO.  I was able to get a monoline GKLL quote and so I figured I'll try to get GL since they don't need the auto component in the liability as they aren't driving these vehicles.  Nobody will take it.  Well, I did get a quote from Nautilus but they said that tire sales are prohibited and yes, he sells dirt bike tires.  I got a quote from Kinsale and there was an exclusion for anything arising out of installation or sales of "critical parts".  Sounds innocent enough until you read the definition of "critical parts" which ends up including a whole host of terms, basically everything that would be worked on, including "brakes" and "engine", and "fuel systems".  Then there is an exclusion for mopeds.  Does anyone know of a market that will take this and where I can access them?
