Having a problem finding coverage for a New purchase. They guy has Rental Experience but jumped in with both feet on his 1st purchase ($600,000). I tried my "go to" carrier (Foremost) but they wouldn't entertain due to value & no prior experience in ownership. Is there anyone out there I can go to in the future...I lost this opportunity (and I don't like losing).
