Client has been in operation 1 year, minimal loss of 4k on a fender bender.
13 power units, need 1mcsl, cargo, and phys dam.
They want to grow to 25 units.
prospective market cannot limit growth nor exclude MX CDL drivers. NICO has a submission on it.

Unfortunately, the only other market I can think of would be Prime. They are not easy to work with and nothing can be bound prior to Prime ok policy changes and having money in hand.
Berkshire & NICO are related so if you have a submission in to NICO and you tell Berkshire they will not offer a quote.
