Hello. I'm trying to find a market for high risk truck drivers in California.

If you are needing markets on the work comp side I can help. If there are no options through standard work comp markets or otherwise a risk slated to go to the WCIRB...I have much more competitive options through my PEO market relationships and I deal a lot in the trucking space whether short/long haul or intra/interstate risks. However, I only do alternative work comp solutions.  Brett Arthur - Legacy Employer Concepts LLC (813) 460-9166 or brett@legacyemployerconcepts.com if that is a need.

What markets have you tried? Progressive? Prime? National Indemnity? Is it so bad you need to use the assigned risk? What MGAs have you tried? Coastal Brokers, Crouse, Sierra Specialty in CA. AmWINS? RPS? CRC? Hull? RT? Burns & Wilcox? First Light? Worldwide? Great Lakes? You have a host of CA based MGAs for TRK INS options that are probably not on this list like FirstCapital AWIS. Look up One80. Look up Rocklake in TX. rb
