I’m an insurance agent in Kentucky and am quoting a start up gentleman’s club in a location that operated for 50 years. I have been stymied by $25,000 minimum premiums or higher. I was wondering if you would entertain a submission. Estimated total receipts for the first year (Just a guess on the new operator’s part) is $160,000.

If they are only pulling in $160,000 then that seems to me they are not declaring all revenue. When I insured these establishments the main issue was the operation openning up the true books as you want to make sure the performers are taken care of and that they have procedures in palce to reduce or stop extra earnings on site. The pricing can also be driven by what they are charging for food and drinks. Under priced drinks are not good drinks should be over priced. Markets that may help: SIG, K&K, Markel, Great American and Lexington.
