Back Food Truck Market

I have a client that recently closed his physical restaurant locations and is going to operate food trucks. I am looking for markets to write the commercial auto. I have been turned down by Travelers, Liberty Mutual, and Hartford. Looking for a market besides Progressive. What carriers will write this? Any specialty program carriers?

Lancer Insurance Company will consider this class for auto only. However, we do require the insured has a GL policy in force.
