I am desperately seeking a market for an Illinois Risk with a class code of #9154, Theatre NOC. The company puts on shows and conventions and hires sub contractors for whom they furnish Workers Compensation coverage
They currently have an experience Mod of 1.86 and are in the Illinois Pool. Before 25% ARAP factor premium is approximately $200,000. Above $200,000 they will be forced into a loss sensitive rating program which will cost them another 30%. There is money to be made for the right market? Does anyone have any ideas?
