Looking for FIRE ARMS monoline.

Active Shooter usually only if more than one person shot.

Need for one person shot.

One person shot. If the shooter isn't an employee of the insured, then there is no expected or intended injury exclusion.

Medical Payments on the CGL would reimburse any costs incurred to render first aid and help the person that was shot.

If the insured is sued for the shooting, there would be coverage, not that the insured would necessarily be liable because how could they anticipate someone coming in with a gun and even if they did, how do you stop someone who is determined to enter someplace with a gun?

I don’t know. Interested to see where this goes.
