I am looking for homeowner builder's risk coverage for a single family residential ($ 494,300) to be built in Naples, Florida, also Personal liability coverage for $ 300,000 limit and $ 300,000 per occurrance.

Zurich may be able to write your Builders Risk. If you don't have a direct contract with them, try Halcyon Underwriters as they use several admitted carriers for BR. Good luck!
