The only market I know of is through Gateway Underwriters in St. Louis. They offer it through one market, National Fire and Marine and they are not cheap, starts at 5,000 plus tax and fee. I haven't found anything cheaper, although I've heard that Beckman Insurance agency out of New Berlin, WI , may do them, as they do paintball coverage. Don't know if they will do bounce houses - E-Mail: beckmanins@core.com. Wish I could be more help, but this is all that I've been able to find.

Try www.insurefun.com. Insd does this directly it's a program and there is a membership fee. Never used them before. Also try Scottsdale or Western World; you'll need to access through an intermediary. Other markets to try are K&K and Markel. Good luck.

Scottsdale has a program, it's about $1,200 per Bounce House

I've done a little work on this and found that Markel is the lowest cost carrier I have found.
