Back Commercial auto for childcare vans

I'm a commercial broker located in CA and have a commercial daycare company with 5 vans that is being non-renewed by Progressive as Progressive is no longer accepting childcare.  Looking for a reasonable market.  I've approached NICO, Rivington, BHHC Homestate.  Does anyone have any carriers not listed?
