HI, we are looking for a carrier that can provide property and liability for owners of co-housing.
The owners own the homes and the homes have been converted into 5 or 6 rooms, each room has its own lock, and each room is rented by an individual and their is a shared kitchen.
The property is managed by a professional company, not by the owner, we need building coverage and liability.
