Help! Does anyone know of an Carrier/MGA or Lloyds syndicate that will be willing to offer 4x1, 4x3, or 6x1 excess limits for such a property? The hotel was built in 1975 and is constructed with Fire-Resistive material. Dave Chipp Arrowhead Wholesale Insurance Services (866)840-5329 x4113

I've been blocked from Lexington and I have an estimate from one Lloyds Syndicate at $100,000. Yikes!

Hi, We manage a in house Umbrella RPG with limits of $5MM to $200MM. The rates for habitational and hospitality risks with the program are "extremely" competitive. Feel free to forward a submission for review and quote. Our turn around time with a complete submission can be the same day in many instances. If you have any questions, feel free to call me.
