I think your best bet is SCIF...they have written 2 for me, new in biz and the industry class is tough.

What is the class code? You may want to try First Comp. If the class code is a simple 8810, they can probably write it with no problem and great rates. The temp agency is looking for coverage for the clerical staff?

SCIF has a team dedicated to this risk due to the range of potential class codes for the Temps. Your insured should consider not only the office staff but the Temps. for coverage.
