Back Builders Risk, on piers, vacant, raised

I am the agent and this is also for me personally. We bought a house on the Mississippi river. Because of the flood this year the county says the house has to be raised. It is not on a foundation but already on steel posts and beams. I need to find insurance for a vacant renovation/builder risk I guess. The house is structurally sound. Renovations on inside would be flooring, painting, drywall. Outside would be a little siding. House will not be raised until spring 2020.
