Back Builders Risk in Illinois

I am looking for a Competitive Market for a $25,000,000 Builders Risk on a (55) and older residential community in Illinois.  Many more in the future.  Account has a 25 year history of no losses and building similiar facilities.  Tired of dealing with companies that are not consistant from project to project and keep me hanging.
