Back Reasonably priced comm'l umbrella

I have a client who just put 4 properties in the name of a newly formed LLC. The underlying coverages are on all on personal policies (Ho3, HO6 and 2 DP3s) and there are no other exposures such as vehicles. These properties had been on his personal umbrella and he had been paying $350 per year and the bst quote I have found so far is $1400 for 1 million with U.S. Liability . I am looking to do better because he has another quote for $700.
