Need a carrier offering a package policy for a new in business pizza parlor with delivery exposure in California, or at least a commercial auto carrier writing delivery for pizza parlors.

What state do you need coverage in? I have a market that will do this in Indiana, Illinois, & Iowa.

I am in Pennsylvania and have the same problem of no market to provide Nonowned Auto, other than Assigned Risk.
