Back GL for a developer in Alabama

I have developer that has hired a GC and who is indemnified by contract by the contractor . They are building a 60,000 sq foot office building . We are looking to provide GL coverage for the developer for any events that could arise outside of the control/scope of the GC. Exposure appears to be minimal and the same developer just completed a similar building in NM with the same GC so there is history here . Unfotunately the market that we used un NM does not write and AL and the only market we found thus far has a minium premium of $25,000
