Has anybody worked with any Virtual Assistant provider? Would like recommendation and share the experience of signing up. Are the Virtual Assistants are actually experienced as the providers claim? Thanks

www.elevateteams.io provides 4 weeks of training on insurance basics. They have licenses with Applied Epic, AMS 360 and Hawksoft so the people train in these management systems. Cari Gelber (cari@elevateteams.io) is head of matchmaking. She gets to know you and your agency and puts forward several candidates, who she believes will be a good fit, for you to interview. Everyone is college educated and fluent in English. Highly Recommend.

I've had a virtual assistant for 4 years and she's great!!! I also help business with getting their own virtual assistant. I basically do a discovery call with you to see what your needs are and then look for 3 candidates and I do all the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Once I have someone then I present them to you. We of course have other things to do in preparation for them coming on board but this is the gist of what happens.
